Impact report published: How our advice services have helped people – April to June 2020

We have published a short impact report for the period April to June 2020, which shows how we have helped people though our advice services, and continuing to provide services during the COVID-19 lockdown.

As we are in very strange times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seem a shift in what people come to us for help and advice with, so to find out more, the impact report can be downloaded here.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been forced to close our face to face services to help protect our clients, staff and volunteers as the nation went into lockdown.

This time has made us think of other ways to make it easier for clients to get in touch if they need help and advice, now that they can’t come to one of our drop-in advice sessions.  One of the new ways clients can now contact us is by text.
