New service development and delivery plans for 2018/19 released

We have released our new service development and delivery plans for 2018/19, which our Board of Trustees approved yesterday.   Here is the ‘plan on a page‘ for a summary of what is included in the plans.

• Service Development Plan: This describes how we will continue to improve and expand all our services in the year ahead as well as summarising the progress we have made in 2017/18 and the action we will be taking in the next 12 months for each of the strategic and supporting priorities.
• Service Delivery Plan: This describes the services we will provide in 2018/19 and the performance requirements for all these services, as well as summarising our workforce and financial plans.
