Impact and evaluation reports

These reports evaluate our impact for our clients and the community when Citizens Advice Sheffield have been involved.

  • We have published a short impact report for the period April to June 2020, which shows how we have helped people though our advice services, and continuing to provide services during the COVID-19 lockdown.  The impact report can be downloaded here. (Published: July 2020)
  • We have published a short summary report about how we have helped people during the last eight weeks of the COVID-19 lockdown (23 March to 15 May 2020), as we had to suspend our face to face advice services in order to protect both clients, staff and volunteers.  The summary report can be downloaded here.
