• Benefits and Work: https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/ (username: SCALC / password: Sheffield6)  This  licence allows us to reproduce any of their guides on paper or as an email attachment (but not on a website) for any clients that we work with. We can also use the guides for training purposes.

• Office 365 Webmail for accessing SCA email accounts (can use any browser to access this)
• Okta Gateway: https://citizensadvice.okta-emea.com/app/UserHome (for accessing Docebo and Workplace as well as resetting Okta Verify app or RSA SecureID tokens and for users with administration role to set up and deactivate users, reset passwords and two step authentication)
• CABlink / BMIS for accessing various resource sites supplied by Citizens Advice (username: Independent / password: Impartial) (can use any browser to access this)
• Google Drive to access Policies, plans and procedures folder (same as on the z-drive inc stationery)
