We hope you are well.

We advising Deaf BSL users in Sheffield and surrounding areas, including Rotherham, but not face to face because of the corona virus.

We advise by Face Time, Skype and Facebook video messenger.

You can contact us to sort appointment by SMS, email, WhatsApp message, and Facebook message.

We will give you a day and a time and you can tell us how best to contact you.

Please be ready when we contact you.

We can only advise on ONE issue in an appointment but you can ask for another appointment if you have more issues.

Tax Advice

If you’re deaf and use British Sign Language (BSL), the Royal Association for Deaf people provides:

  • webcam appointments with their tax adviser
  • a video interpreting service
  • BSL-captioned video clips linked to HMRC guidance

If you need face-to-face help, eg through a BSL interpreter or an audio induction loop, you can arrange to visit an HMRC adviser.
