From 7 October 2013, Citizens Advice Sheffield is using PETRA.

Guidance for Site Administrators: Setting up New Users.
PETRA training: For volunteers and trainees who want to practice on Petra, please note that there is the Petra training system available for this. The password and website address for this has changed for the New Year to http://petratraining.cabsrv.org.uk.
There is an icon to open the website address on everyone’s desktop marked ‘Petra Training System’. Log in details are as follows:

Information assurance – Data Protection and PETRA
All advisers (paid or volunteers) and staff who have access to personal records need to be adequately trained. There are short on-line training materials and assessment available to help with training or as a refresher:-
The modules
- Responsible for information’ General User level – for staff and volunteers
- Responsible for information’ Senior Information Risk Owners (SIRO) – usually manager or trustee board member
- Responsible for information’ Non executive and board level members – for trustee boards

It is a requirement of our membership of Citizens Advice that the general user level training is to be done on an annual basis – please see CABlink for further info (please note that you will be asked for a username and password to access CABlink, if you don’t know this, please ask your supervisor).
