Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been forced to close our face to face services to help protect our clients, staff and volunteers as the nation went into lockdown.

This time has made us think of other ways to make it easier for clients to get in touch if they need help and advice, now that they can’t come to one of our drop-in advice sessions.  One of the new ways clients can now contact us is by text.

We have introduced this new text service so that clients have an alternative way of contacting us, especially those with very little credit.  This means that we will be able to phone them back.

When we receive a text message, the sender will receive a text in reply to confirm we have received their text message and that someone will phone you back.

We hope that our clients find this a welcome addition to the various methods that they can use to contact us for help and advice.
