Sylvia joined Citizens Advice Sheffield in 2021, bringing with her 25 years experience of working in the charity sector. Having started out as a fundraiser she then moved into service development and leadership roles across older people’s services, cancer and conservation. She has held a variety of senior roles in local, national and international organisations, large and small and has previously been a trustee for a couple of Sheffield charities.
