Community Access Points

Community Access Points can be found in confidential spaces within familiar community venues, including libraries and community centres across the city. These easy-to-use screens allow you to connect with an advisor over video call using a simple button, with no digital skills required. You can even scan documents to show your advisor!

Hello from all of us at the Deaf Advice Team
We hope you are well. We advise Deaf BSL users in Sheffield and surrounding areas, including Rotherham.

We are advised by Zoom and WhatsApp video call.

Every Wednesday Morning from 10am to 12pm – We hold an unplanned Face to Face service at Howden House for those who do not have digital access.

Every Tuesday Morning from 10am to 1pm – We hold an unplanned Face to Face Service for Rotherham Clients at Shiphill Sight and Sound centre
