Community Access Points
We understand that many people have difficulties getting online to access support. To ensure that everyone has a route in, regardless of digital skill or access, we have installed several Community Access Points (CAPs) across the city that enable you to speak to an adviser face-to-face over video call using a simple one-click device. Our CAPs can be found in confidential spaces within familiar community settings.

Outreaches
Citizens Advice Sheffield advisers are available to speak to at various outreaches across the city. We use third-party locations to ensure that we are reaching as many people as possible, including people who might not otherwise access our services. Outreaches help us to help people who are already using other services, such as health and wellbeing services.
